I have been fascinated by jewellery from early age and greatly inspired by my mother, an artist and gallery owner. Many of my designs are a reflection of my childhood memories. I have concentrated on the technique of enamel. There is no other medium that gives you such glorious colours. The bold reds, blues and golds to subtle pastel, glide between my ribbons of silver and gold cloisonné wire reflected by the precious metal below. What a wonderous medium with which to work! Over the years I have developed my own personal style and symbolism. I enjoy creating special pieces for individuals - tiny pictures in wire and glass - telling a story or inspiration. Power from the magic stones and beads incorporated in the jewel. A talisman depicting a history and secret message if the viewer examines closely. An amulet to be touched and caressed by the wearer.
